Prices and Policies

Portrait packages offer the best value for our customers; the photography and pictures are included in the price you pay, with no hidden costs. This means you know exactly what you are getting before the sitting, so you are free to relax and enjoy the photography.

As you will see below I offer two of each package; one for one and a half hours photography and one for two and half hours photography. Typically a small group portrait would take an hour and a half and a larger group two and a half.

CD pictures

The CD pictures come with copyright permission so you are free to print and share them with friends and family. As well as high resolution images for printing the CD also has low resolution images for emailing, Facebook etc.

Multi image composites

Once you have picked your favourite 5 pictures I will then get to work designing your multi image composite. Before I complete your order I will email you an example of the design for your approval.

CD packages

One and a half hours photography and your favorite 10 pictures saved as high resolution images to disc. £125.

Two and half hours photography and your favorite 20 pictures saved as high resolution images to disc. £225.

Composite packages

One and a half hours photography; your favourite 5 pictures as a framed A3 multi image composite, and saved as high resolution images to disc. £150.

Two and a half hours photography; your favorite 5 pictures as a framed A3 multi image composite, and 10 pictures saved as high resolution images to disc. £250

All prints are printed using archival inks and papers on a Canon professional photo printer.

Acrylic

For a frameless; contemporary and stylish looking finish.
Your image is printed and bonded to a sheet of acrylic which you then mount on the wall.

Wedding Books

Make the most of your weddng pictures with our bespoke designed wedding books. Hand-stiched, hard backed, and with heavy-weight paper they are the perfect way to enjoy your wedding pictures. Having received your wedding pictures on disc you can then chose your favourite 80 pictures. I will then design your wedding book and send you a proof of the design when it is finished. Once your are happy with your design it will made it to your own hard-backed photo-book.

Delivery is charged at the Royal Mail special delivery rate. For orders of £250 or more delivery is free of charge. Print and CD orders take up to three weeks from ordering to delivery. Larger images for mounting on your wall take from three to six weeks from ordering to delivery.

All portrait session-fees are refundable up to seven days in advance of a booking. If you are unable to make an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances then you may re-book for a later date. After the seven day period has expired Tall Oaks Photography reserves the right to retain all funds received

Your order will be processed seven days from your order date. During this period you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. After the seven day period has expired orders cannot be cancelled and Tall Oaks Photography reserves the right to retain all funds received.

To make a booking you will be required to supply the following information:

• names of all people who are to be photographed
• their relationship to you
• the ages of any children to be photographed. This is particularly important when photographing young children and babies, as it is best to schedule the appointment to fit in with their routines
• address
• contact telephone number
• email address (if applicable)

Your details will be kept on secure disc and you may be contacted in the future about new offers. Tall Oaks Photography will not pass your details on to any third party companies.

All credit and debit card transactions are processed through paypal which is a very secure method of payment. However please be aware of paypal’s privacy policies, a link of which you can find by clicking here.

Your card details will be retained only until payment is received and the order has been delivered. Tall Oaks Photography will not store card details on encryted file.

Tall Oaks Photography retains copyright of all images taken within a photography session. It is a criminal offence to make copies of any image you have purchased from Tall Oaks Photography. The only exception is if you have purchased images on CD, where by you are granted permission to make your own copies.

If you are happy to allow Tall Oaks Photography to use your image for advertising or publicity then you will be asked to sign a model release form, an example of which is below. If you are unhappy with your image being used then you will not have to sign the model release form, and your image will not be used for any publicity purposes.
Your images will be kept on disc for six months after which they will be deleted. Tall Oaks Photography will not pass your images on to any third party companies

The Photographer and licensees or assignees may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any reasonable retouching alteration.

I agree that the above mentioned photographs and any reproductions shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person, and further agree that the Photographer or any person authorised by or acting on his or her behalf may use the above mentioned photographs or any reproductions of them for any advertising purposes or for the purpose of illustrating any wording, and agree that no such wording shall be considered to be attributed to me personally unless my name is used.

Provided my name is not mentioned in connection with any other statement or wording which may be attributed to me personally, I undertake not to prosecute or to institute proceedings, claims or demands against either the Photographer or his or her agents in respect of any usage of the above mentioned photographs.
I have read this model release form carefully and fully understand its meanings and implications.
